This reads like a homecoming that doesn’t need witnesses to be real. Not every arrival is about scenery or savings or proving a point to the folks back home. Some places meet you at a frequency you didn’t know you were missing—and once your body recognizes it, explanations feel beside the point.

What you’re describing isn’t tourism or escape; it’s attunement. A remembering. The way climate, language, ancestry, and land conspire to say *welcome back* without ever saying your name. That kind of belonging can’t be itemized or fast-tracked for public consumption, especially by those who only understand movement in terms of logistics.

Two weeks is plenty of time when the soul has already been there.
